What is the scientific name or common name of the plant with the leaves that close when you touch them?

It has a thorny woody stem and the leaved are small and arranged parallel to each other in what i think is a "bi-pinnate" arrangement..


the leaves close up when you touch them. i thought the plant was called 'touch-me-nots" but i later found out that was some other plant...


Help with this query is much appreciated! :)

Reply:you weren't too specific on the looks but i think that it's a venus fly trap but it could be something else, you wern't very clear when you described it, sorry!
