Hi,

I do not think there are scientific names in the form of a "translation" as you seem to be requesting. Rather, allergy is more of a general term that is defined in terms of immunological response - how your body reacts when it encounters invaders, and asthma is defined by it's symptoms - as "a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway" according to the source noted.

Here is a very interesting article on the definition of allergy with LOTS of information on immunological responses and how the definition of allergies has changed over time. This article is more specific to food allergy. I have bookmarked it myself for further reading.
