Moss that grows on a wall?? What exactly is it? Whats the scientific name for it?
It could be any moss depending on where you are and the local environmental conditions. Check out pictures and descriptions for the Cushion Moss 'Grimmia pulvinata' on the net - it commonly grows on walls.
Reply:Moss is a huge family, it could be any one of dozens, but Lichen is probable.
Reply:I know its moss, slimy and green. Further than that, I'm not sure..
