What is the scientific name of a Fire-Belly Toad?
All of the Genus Bombina, but there are 8 species:





Bombina bombina - European Fire-bellied Toad


Bombina fortinuptialis - Guangxi Fire-bellied Toad or Large-spined Bell Toad


Bombina lichuanensis - Lichuan Bell Toad.


Bombina maxima - Giant Fire-bellied Toad, Large-webbed Bell Toad


Bombina microdeladigitora - Hubei Fire-bellied Toad or Small-webbed Bell Toad.


Bombina pachypus - Appenine Yellow-bellied Toad.


Bombina orientalis - Oriental Fire-bellied Toad


Bombina variegata - Yellow-bellied Toad





B. orientalis, maxima and variegata are the most common captive species though.
